Reiki Energy Support
Reiki is an energy healing method that includes laying hands on or above different parts of the body in order to identify energy blockages and improve the flow of energy. Reiki supports the natural flow of energy throughout the body (also known as chi). Some have reported it bringing relief from physical ailments as well as bringing improved emotional and spiritual health. While you may want to understand how Reiki works, there is no simple answer. Reiki is not a replacement for medical treatment but may enhance and complement other treatment methods. Because Reiki is not a medical procedure or treatment, it cannot harm you.
As a trained Reiki master by Lisa Guyman (www.lisaguyman.com), I help my clients find renewed energy and assist in identifying and addressing energy blocks. Reiki was gifted by Mikao Usui in Japan. My clients often experience renewed energy or greater clarity from their session. The practitioner’s own energy works with your own to bring greater balance throughout your body that can assist in a wide range of healing. For me, Reiki is an energy transfer and support process. When the energy of our bodies is flowing freely, it enables us to experience improved overall health and well-being. A single Reiki session can restore the flow of chi in a way that can be uplifting and add clarity.
Each Reiki session will generally last 1 hour. You will remain fully clothed and under a blanket during your treatment. I utilize a hands-on approach that is completely safe and discrete. If at any time during the session you feel uncomfortable, we can pause or discontinue. A Reiki session is similar to a deep meditation. During your session, I may ask for specific feedback to validate what is coming forward. After your session, we will discuss what was uncovered and how you can build upon the Reiki energy for continued support.
Reiki sessions are $75 with a money back guarantee. Prior to your first session, you will be asked to fill out a basic intake form that will provide me with general information about your overall health and needs. You will also be provided with a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) release.
